- Custom QR Solutions
- Analytics & Business Insights
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use our services to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
- Resell or redistribute our services without written permission
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials on the Zonix platform are the exclusive property of Zonix and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
5. Communications Consent
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receiving communications from Zonix via RCS, WhatsApp, Email, or SMS. These may include service updates, promotional offers, and support messages. You may opt out at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe option in any message.
6. Payment & Billing
All fees for Zonix services are outlined in your service agreement. Payments are due as specified. Zonix reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zonix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding 3 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Zonix may terminate immediately in cases of breach of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
